He was predeceased by: his parents, William Motley Riggins and Anne Elizabeth Haynes Riggins; and his brother William "Bill" Marion Riggins. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Riggins; his children, Gerald "Jerry" Jr. and Evelyn "Betsy"; and his grandchildren, Trey Johnson (Lindsey), Emily Johnson, Caden Moore and Gracelyn Hudson. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
