She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie "Big Daddy" James Muse, Sr. and Barbara "Bobbie" Jean Muse; her grandparents, Lathan and Mary "Maggie" Jemison; and her cousins, Tyrone Foy (Tangula) and Da'Marshae G. Kendrick.
She is survived by: her grandson Aziel; and her cousin Darlene. She is also survived by her family, friends, and colleagues/co-workers.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the First Baptist Church of Gary-Ensley (1300 Trenton Pl, Birmingham, AL 35224). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 2:15 PM to 3:15 PM at the Currie Jefferson Memorial Gardens (2701 John Hawkins Pkwy, Hoover, AL 35244).
