With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria Cummings of Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on May 4, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Margaret Cummings; and her siblings, Lee Stinson and Margaret Alice Knighton. She is survived by: her sons, David Cook (Monice) of Birmingham, AL and Christopher Cook of Detroit, MI; her godchildren, Ronnie and Sandra Robinson; her grandchildren, Adrienne Williams, Michael Hardy, Janelle Major, Brittney Cook, Kiersten Sullivan and Alexandria Allen; her great grandchildren, Kingston Williams, Daya Hampton, Demetrius Hampton, Jr. and Allyson Allen; and her close friend Jerri of Washington. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and other friends.
