He was predeceased by: his father Donald L. Freeman; and his grandparents, Guy, Emmy Freeman, William and Mitylene Christiansen.
He is survived by: his wife Angie Boozer Freeman; his children, Jessica Hobby (Brad), Guy Freeman Jr. (Meagan), Jarrod Brewer (Sarah) and Justin Brewer (Lexi); his grandchildren, Ava Martin, Rilynne Jones, Addy Hobby, Grant, Parker, Jordyn Freeman and Jonah Brewer; his brothers, Barry Freeman (Katie) and Jeff Freeman (Debbie); his niece Mother Jean C. Freeman; his parents-in-law, Alice Cope and Richard Boozer (Allison); and his close friends, Rusty Sedberry (Barbara) and Gordon Welch (Libby).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Grants Mill Campus (4700 Highland Ave, Irondale, AL 35210).
