He is survived by: his wife Patricia McCraven; his children, Lisa McCraven Hood (Michael) and Michael James McCraven (Mari); his grandchildren, Matthew, Christopher, Bailey, Lucas Hood, Austin and Logan Collins; and his brothers, David McCraven (Donita) and Dennis McCraven (Trish).
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Southern Heritage Funeral Home (475 Cahaba Valley Rd, Pelham, AL 35124). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
