He is survived by: his close friends, Lucky Lowe, Jeff Wiswall, Ham Wallace, Lyman Hardy and Ricky McCormick; his cousin Rick Philpot; his children, Bain Hamilton (Hayden), Whit Hamilton (Stacy) and Bridges Hamilton; his grandchildren, Mary Wynn Hamilton, Meri Dean Hamilton McBride (Richard), Caroline Hamilton Gamel (Michael), Whit Hamilton Jr. and Bain Hamilton (Shea); his great grandchildren, Marley Jane Hamilton, Brantley Gamel and Marshall McBride; his sister Merri Hamilton Chapman (Lewis); his nephews, Peyton Chapman (Melissa), Will Chapman (Amy) and Bain Chapman (Corinne); his sisters-in-law, Margaret Howell and Sharon Harcrow; his nephew Jeffrey Howell; his niece Jenny Crabtree; Patsy Bridges Hamilton.
