He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Collett; his parents, Cicero Francis Collett and Dollie Lady Stanfield Collett; and his siblings, Woodrow Francis Collett, Theodore Acton Collett, Herbert Hoover Collett, Summa Juanita Collett, Paul Arnold Collett and Patsy Lou Collett Faust.
He is survived by: his sister Peggy Ann Collett Wise; his daughter Lane Pair (Alan Pair); his grandchildren, Jason Price, Lyndsay Collett Champion (Matt Champion) and Tyler Cole Pair; and his great grandchildren, Jack Price and Ryan Price. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
