He was predeceased by: his children, David Harvey and Susan Wiley Lavette (Tommy); and his grandchildren, Josh Harvey and Elizabeth Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Judy Harvey; his daughters, Heather Hoglan (Bob) and Holli Harris (Stephen); his grandchildren, Kamryn Harris, Jacob Harris, Bailee McWhorter (Chandler), Truett Edwards, Rachel Ford (Josh) and Lauren Wiley; and his great grandchildren, Haigen, Colt, Everlee, Caysun, Vinny and Max.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to First Baptist Church of Birmingham.
