He was predeceased by: his parents, John Benjamin Kadziolka, Jr. and Virginia B. Kadziolka. He is survived by: his wife Lori Conner Kadziolka; his daughters, Natalie LeSueur (Jason) of Birmingham, Alabama and Brandi Carbonie of Birmingham, Alabama; his stepson Sean Patrick Carroll; his grandchildren, Jordan LeSueur Baggett, Dylan LeSueur, Chad Carbonie and Chase Carbonie; his brothers, John Kadziolka of Buffalo and Gary Kadziolka (Kim) of Buffalo; and his pet Stella. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
