James Rodger Alexander Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Rodger Alexander (Birmingham, Alabama), who passed away on January 8, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodger E. Alexander and Kathryn Knappenberger Alexander; his brother David Alexander; and his nephew Christopher Alexander. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Venz; his sons, Colin Alexander (Sarah Labriola) and Sean Alexander (Pamela); his grandchildren, Charlotte Hyde and Francis Alexander; his sisters-in-law, Beverly Alexander and Teresa Venz-Williamson; his in-laws, Floyd and Susan Doss; his nieces and nephews, PJ Godwin, Brittany Noojin, Kyle Williamson, Brody Williamson, Phillp Doss and Adam Doss; and his great-nephew Nicholas Godwin.
