He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Olga Frances Wilson, Bill and Margeret Maddox; and his mother Lisa V. Mullinex. He is survived by: his son Jordan Dale Alexander (Mallory Alexander); his father Davy Maddox (PeeWee); and his grandchildren, Greyson and Ivey.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Bell Forestdale Chapel (2077 Pratt Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35214). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Midway Cemetery (2077 Pratt Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35214).
