She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Posey and Peggy Posey (Chandler); and her sister Rebecca Herring. She is survived by: her husband Albert Pate; her daughter Katie Pate; and her nephew Ian Anderson White. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel (17885 AL-160, Cleveland, AL 35049). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
