She was predeceased by: her husband Charles L. Smith; her parents, John Price and Roselyn Price; and her sister Roselyn Price. She is survived by: her children, Gail S. Pazsak (Joe) and Mark C. Smith (Beverly); her grandchildren, Joshua Smith (Brooke), Joanna Camper (Chris) and Jeannine Paige Hendrix (Wesley); and her great grandchildren, Carson Camper, Jordan Camper, Makenna Camper, Jake Cochran, Christian Smith, Stella Pazsak and Raelynn Hendrix.
