He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Kelly and Izona Kelly; his siblings, Randy Kelly and Katherine McInish; his father-in-law Fred Cartee; and his brother-in-law Jabo Reese.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Kelly; his daughters, Nikki Park (Micah) and Emily Kelly; his stepchildren, Misty Michallick (Kenny) and David Scoggins (Stephanie); his sister Barbara Reese; and his grandchildren, William, Kensie Park, Anna, Tanner Michallick, Carlee and Macie Scoggins. He is also survived by family members, including nieces and nephews.
