He is survived by: his wife Carolyn McKinstry (Maull); his children, Leigh Erinn McKinstry, Joya Diane McKinstry of Atlanta and Brandon Jerome McKinstry of Birmingham, Alabama; his sister Deborah Dianne Toney; and his siblings-in-law, Rick of Huntsville, Alabama, Samuel Maull, Jr. of New York, Chester Maull (Tresea) of Lexington, Kentucky, Wendell Maull of Atlanta, Georgia and Agnes Gardner (Hugh) of Birmingham, Alabama. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
