He is survived by: his wife Frances Ellis Fuqua; his children, Laura Fuqua Mizerany (Blake) and John William Fuqua, Jr. (Ashley); his grandchildren, Grayson, Addison, Anderson and Pierson Mizerany; his brothers, David Fuqua (Jana) and Danny Fuqua (Mindy); and his pet Louie.
