He is survived by: his brother Grady Brown Watkins; his children, John Houston "Rusty" Watkins, Jr., Joel Watkins, Joni Watkins, Jeri Watkins Haefner (Scott) and Aimee Watkins Bunn (Chass); and his grandchildren, Tessa, Trent, Brooke, John, Brittany, Megan, Chase, Cameron, Makenzi, Kylee and Abbi. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
