We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2024, at the age of 84, Joseph M. Morgan Sr. of Birmingham, Alabama, born in Piedmont, Alabama passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joseph M. Morgan Sr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Harriette Hesse Morgan; his parents, Ilah McCord Morgan and Earl Sparks Morgan, Sr.; and his siblings, Barbara Morgan Thompson and Earl Sparks Morgan, Jr..

He is survived by: his children, Nancy Morgan Ludke (Kevin) and Joseph McCord Morgan, Jr.; his granddaughters, Caitlin Miller Foley, Mary Claire Miller Cox and Margaret Morgan Miller; and his nephew Joseph Charles Benson, Jr.. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any contributions be made to the American Cancer Society in Alabama.
