For Joseph is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Denny Slane and Mary Jo Slane (Pancake); and his former wife Krista Slane (Unterzuber). He is survived by: his wife Beverly Brasell; his son Elliot Slane; and his daughter-in-law Allison Martin.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to either of these two churches; Contemplative Outreach, Ltd; or the Center for Action and Contemplation.
