He was predeceased by: his mother Pam M. Franklin; and his grandparents, Raymond, Joyce Franklin, Silas and Louise Miller.
He is survived by: his father Ray H. Franklin, Jr.; his stepmother Karen S. Franklin; and his sister Jennifer L. Franklin. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
