It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Kemp Murphree of Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on August 19, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Carter and Ethel Carter; her husbands, Robert "Bob" Kemp and Glenn Murphree; and her brothers, Larry Carter and Rex Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Kemp (Dianne), Michael Kemp (Jenn), Jennifer Tittle (Jeremy) and Joanna Cotton (Jon); her grandchildren, Bobby, Brian, Tiffany, Lily, Aaron, Brandi, Landyn, Jayden, Sam, Ashlyn, Luke, Avery, Mason and Allison; and her brothers, Donald, Gary and Rick Carter. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews.
