She was predeceased by: her parents, Elzie Turner and Inez Turner; her husband George Allen Woodard; and her siblings, Iris Snyder, Robert, Joseph and Wilson Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Woodard (Nancy), Barry Woodard (Julie), Diane Mason (Jeff) and Brian Woodard (Danna); her grandchildren, Emily Masters (Bart), Lauren Osterday (Mitchell), Austin Mason (Amber), Kyle Woodard (Danay), Caleb Woodard and Spencer Mason; and her brother Charles Turner (Betty). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
