She was predeceased by: her parents, Stacy Givens and Carol Givens; her husband Warren Frank Housley; and her siblings, Carolyn Thompson and Danny Jo Givens.

She is survived by: her sister Nancy Butler; her daughters, Stacey Simpson (Scott) and Julia Waterman (Daniel); her grandchildren, Jennifer Simpson, Mary Lachney (Carter), Jack Waterman, Lydia Seenath (Rishe), Clara Desmarais (Sam) and Mary Grace Waterman; her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Gray, Abigail and Katherine Lachney; and her close friend Megan Sisk. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
