She was predeceased by: her father James Spencer Lee; her great-grandparents, William T. Hamilton and Governor of Maryland; her brother Edgar Willing Lee; and her sister-in-law Laurinda Jones Lee (Peter Adams).
She is survived by: her daughters, Michele Lee Goodrich of Simsbury and Julia Hamilton Vaughn of Helena, Alabama; her son-in-law Jeffery A. Vaughn; her grandchildren, Julia Hamilton and Garrett Hayes Vaughn; her siblings, William T. H. Lee, Spencer Lee, Sally S. Vaun and Betsy Adams; her sisters-in-law, Barbara Lee, Nancy Henderson and Deborah Lee; and her pet Bobtail. She is also survived by nephews, three step-grandchildren, and two step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Judy requested that donations be made to The Episcopal Church of St. Francis of Assisi or the Episcopal Diocese of Alabama in her honor.
