We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2023, at the age of 35, Kapricee Monique Jackson of Birmingham, Alabama, born in New Orleans, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandfather Lionel C. Jackson Sr.; her great-great-grandparent Rosemary Jackson; and her grandfather Melvin Taplet Sr. (Michael Landry Sr.). She is survived by: her children, Revelation Clark, Genesis M. Jackson and Royal P. Hickerson; her stepfather Romney; her father Melvin Taplet Jr.; her brother Michael Landry Jr.; her grandmothers, Faye K. Jackson and Nelita Taplet; and her uncles, Lionel C. Jackson Jr., Darius Taplet, Derrick Taplet and Ankoma Taplet.
Visitation will begin at 12:30 p. m., and the service will begin at 1:30 p. m. Reverend Jordan L. Robinson Sr., officiating and interment will be private. Due to Covid - 19, facemasks are encouraged.
