He was predeceased by: his father John Kyzer, Jr.; his sister-in-law Janice Kyzer; and his great-niece Sarah Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Hazel Holley Kyzer; his siblings, Steven Kyzer and Linda McGinnis (Floyd); his nieces, Julie (Randy) and Kim; and his great-nephews, Jackson and Caleb.
