Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lambert Perina of Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away at the age of 103, on September 21, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Josef Perina and Emma Perina (Kvetensky); his wife Delores M. Matthies; and his sister Mildred. He is survived by: his sons, Martin Perina (Linda) of Windsor, CT and Dean Perina of Birmingham, AL; his grandchildren, Chris Perina (Anna) of San Antonio, TX, Clay Perina (Abbie) of Paolo, KS, Michael Perina of Enfield, CT and Elizabeth Doherty (John) of Raymore, MO; and his great grandchildren, Jessica, Georgia, Dalton, Lindsey, Colton and Lukas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Zion Presbyterian Church (320 Maple St, Clarkson, NE 68629). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Clarkson Opera House, Clarkson Museum, or the donor's choice.
