He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Burleson and Willie Mae Burleson (Howell); and his sister Carolyn Oursler. He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Lana Williams (John) and Ryan Burleson (Kathy); and his sister Billie Ann Goolsby (John). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home (1591 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Jefferson Memorial Gardens East (1591 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235).
