He was predeceased by: his wife Judy. He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Montgomery (David) and Angela Nall (Greg); his granddaughters, Kayla Montgomery Phillips (Reed) and Mattie Nall Gaddis (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Jude and Lizzie Phillips.
