With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lee Marcus Comer of Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on March 5, 2022 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lee Marcus Comer to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Comer and Lula Mae Hitchcock Comer; and his siblings, Evelyn Comer Woolsey and James Edward Comer, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Tanner Comer; his children, Lee Marcus Comer, Jr. (Kristen) of Vestavia Hills, Sharon Comer Bullock (Jim) of Vestavia Hills and Richard Edward Comer of Helena; and his grandchildren, James Burch Bullock, Jr., Sarah Lucille Comer, Laura Grace Bullock and James Marcus Comer. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to Grace Church Birmingham (14 Office Park Circle, Suite 105A, Birmingham, AL 35223).
