Moore and Hazel Moore; her nephew Amor Maddox; her great-aunt Loretta Moneyham; and her cousin Tameka Y. Sewell.

She is survived by: her parents, Moses Jackson, Jr. and Gail Maddox (Len); her daughter Nydia Anise Maddox; her siblings, Antwon Maddox (Ayisha) of Atlanta, GA, JaVontae Beasley (Kia) of Spokane, WA, Leondre Maddox, Rasanjansaneice Rudulph, Jazmyne D. Maddox, Monika L. Jackson and Jazlyne M. Maddox; her aunts, Angela D. Levert, Katrina E. Sewell and Tonya R. Smith; her uncle John E. Jackson; and her cousin Kayla Smith. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
