She was predeceased by: her husband George L. Patterson, Jr.; her parents, Walter Linton McPherson and Merrill Wilson McPherson; her brother Benjamin Robert McPherson; her stepdaughter Betsy Patterson Yavits; her stepgrandson Travis Yavits; and her niece Joan Gail McPherson.
She is survived by: her sister Dotty McPherson Greene; her stepson George L. Patterson III (Mary); and her nieces and nephews, Rob McPherson, Stephen Greene, Peggy Wells, Ann Pivonka and Sara Valenzuela.
