She is survived by: her brothers, Robert "Bobby" Gleason (Peggy) and William "Bill" Gleason (Judy); her daughters, Mary Margaret Head, Barbara Heng (Richard Heng) and Linda Orteza (Luis Orteza); her grandchildren, Charles Heng, Odile Heng, Audrey Vermilyea, Paul Vermilyea, Joseph Heng, Claire Lugrin, Carrie Clay and Stuart Clay; her great grandchildren, Margot Vermilyea, Rory Clay, Madeleine Heng, Francis Vermilyea, Joseph Heng, Martin Heng, Pete Vermilyea and Wilfred Clay; and her brothers, George Gleason, Jr. (Peggy Jo) and Charles Gleason (Anna).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Altadena Valley Presbyterian Church (4660 Caldwell Mill Rd, Birmingham, AL 35243).
