With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Jane Street (Birmingham, Alabama), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 20, 2025 at the age of 101. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Jane Street to pay them a last tribute.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Mary Jane shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Mary Jane farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn Mullen and Dawson Mullen; her husband John Milton Street, Jr.; and her son John Gregory Street. She is survived by: her daughter Kathryn Street Logue (Harry Edward Logue); her granddaughter Virginia Logue Menendez (Joshua York Menendez); and her great grandchildren, Donald York Menendez, II, Joseph Logue Menendez and Henry Knoll Menendez.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Canterbury United Methodist Church (350 Overbrook Rd, Mountain Brook, AL 35213). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
