He is survived by: his wife Catherine Marie Sullivan; his children, Joshua Michael Sullivan (Madeline) and Melanie Elise Sullivan; his granddaughter Lucy Kate Sullivan; his parents, William Sullivan and Beverly Sullivan; his aunt Linda Baker; his brother Patrick Sullivan (Nadine); his nephew Christian Sullivan (Marriah); his niece Kaci Cook (Austin); his parents-in-law, Anne Kenny and Jack Durham (Diane); and his sisters-in-law, Savannah Dockins (Brandon), Jaclyn Fitch (Jay) and Sarah Winland (Shawn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and numerous family members and friends.
