A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Greater Grace Missionary Baptist Church (1945 Center Point Pkwy, Birmingham, AL 35215). A burial was held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Zion Memorial Gardens (501 Tarrant Huffman Rd, Birmingham, AL 35217). After several years without a community picnic due to the COVID-19 pandemic, he decided it was time to bring everyone back together.
