She was predeceased by: her parents, Genova Anderson and Annie Bell Dawson. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Downs (Melissa) of Pell City, AL, Laura Wald of Logan, OH and Steve Downs (Tracy) of Guntersville, AL.; her grandchildren, Jessica, Jonathan Downs, Mallory Anglin (Tristin), Hope and Lexie Wald Sarah Thomas (Dillon); her great grandchildren, Jaxton Anglin, Lilly Micah and Aubrey River Thomas; and her sister Carmen Rooker (Eugene). She is also survived by Many beautiful aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Taylor Memorial Methodist (Trustee's Fund) in Chalkville, AL where Nancy was a long time member and / or Shepherd's Cove Hospice in Albertville, AL.
