He is survived by: his daughter Peggy Vance Powers; his friend Brenda West; his sister Carol Vance Lecklitner; his grandchildren, Lexie Novarra (Taylor) and Cayden Powers; his niece Leigh Ann Hays; and his great-nephew Courtland Hays. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
