She was predeceased by: her husband Emmett Oaks; and her parents, Joe Smith and Elizabeth Smith. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Dan Oaks, Donna Rasco (Waymon) and Debbie Oaks; her grandson Tray Rasco (Melissa); and her great grandchild Connor Rasco.
