With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ora Mae Waters of Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on December 3, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James H. Waters, Jr.; her daughters, Jeanette Latanowich and Darlene Augard; and her grandsons, J. J. Smith and Randy Collins.

She is survived by: her children, Terry Miller, Diane Smith (Jimmy), Gary Waters, Doris Knight (Bo) and Lisa McNew; and her brother Dan Neal. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
