She is survived by: her parents, Etta Mae Beddingfield Arkin and Michael Arkin; her significant other Alan Williamson; her daughters, Krislin Stewart Smith (Henley), Elise Smitherman (Tracy) and Katherine Middaugh; her sister Susanne Arkin Lacy (Stewart); and her grandchildren, Carter Weis, Trent Weis, Paley Smith Anderson (Gage), Jada Middaugh Whitfield (Chris), Lucy Smith and Ayanna Goins.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a charity of one's choice.
