He was predeceased by: his father Paul McDade, Sr.; his son Paul Williams; his grandmothers, Adell Avery and Easter Bell McDade Collins; his aunts, Gloria Bradley (Acie), Leola Christian and Mary Lee; and his uncle Frank Avery.
He is survived by: his mother Letha Mae Avery McDade; his children, LaVonda McDade and Jujuan King; his siblings, Gwendolyn Pinkard (Charlie), Aletheia McDade, Tanisha Owens, Tiesha Owens, Sabrina Lesure, Threse Marshall, Caprice Williams, Victoria Williams, Jermaine McDade, Jamill Owens and William Marshall, III; his aunt Julia Jones; and his close friends, Carwyn White, Jacqueline Killian and Courtney T. Floyd. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
