He is survived by: his stepson Kevin L. Johnson; his stepgrandchildren, Amy Marlar, Sarah Atkins, Morgan Johnson and Ashton Johnson; his siblings-in-law, Rita and Jimmy Holmes; his nieces and nephews, Tony Smith, Greg Rodriguez, Andy Rodriguez, Elizabeth Salidas Copper and Anna Rodriguez Willis; and his caregivers, Morgan and Shelli Ferguson.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Compassus Living Foundation in Paul's name.
