He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Mosteller and Betty Mosteller. He is survived by: his wife Darla; his daughters, Alison Mingo (Greg) of Towson and Kelly Russ (Kevin) of St. Paul, Minn.; his siblings, David (Laurel) and Ruth Desiderio; his siblings-in-law, Joy (Jim) Hammond, Cathy Spence of Birmingham, Ala. and Tom (Brenda); and his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Charlie, Rebecca Mingo and Margaret Russ.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the St. Mary's on the Highlands Episcopal Church (1910 12th Ave S, Birmingham, AL 35205). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to honor Paul's legacy may be made to the music fund at St. Mary's or the Paul Mosteller Scholarship in Voice at the UAB Department of Music.
