With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Pauline Roberts Lamar (Birmingham, Alabama), born in Milledgeville, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 20, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Jackson Roberts and Cedric Guy Roberts; and her siblings, Jaqueline Mercer and Cedric Roberts, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Robert Lamar; her children, Wayne Lamar (Sherri), Cynthia Lamar-Hart (Mark Hart) and Glenn Lamar (Janice Clifford); her grandchildren, Weston Taylor (Nancy), Gwendolyn Hart, Jackson Lamar (Shannon), Graham Hart (Skylar Bluemly), Franklin Lamar (Hillary), Aubrey Hart, Connor Hart and Tanner Lamar; and her great grandchild Jude Taylor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Fair Haven (1424 Montclair Rd, Irondale, AL 35210). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
