He is survived by: his siblings, Neal Scogin (Lois), Betty Johnson and Mancil Scogin (Cynthia); his stepson David Tinker (April); his stepgrandchildren, Katelyn Tinker Johnston and Hunter Tinker; and his sister-in-law Dianna Stewart. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces.
