He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Simmons Oâ (Cain) and Claire King Oâ (Cain). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Oâ; his daughters, Ashley Grissom (Clark), Staci Oâ and Cain; and his grandchildren, Hallie Grissom, Ellis Horne and Cameron Horne.
