He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hendrix and Bobbie Jean Hendrix. He is survived by: his wife Kyong Haschak; his sons, David Hendrix (Kim) and Jeff Hendrix (Meribell); and his granddaughter Abby Hendrix.
