He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Barrett Jr. and Faye G. Barrett; and his brother Thomas Barrett. He is survived by: his wife Leann Barrett; and his brothers, Dave Barrett and Jon Barrett. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Jefferson Memorial Gardens (1591 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cottondale Church of Christ (2025 Prude Mill Rd, Cottondale, AL 35453).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Cottondale Church of Christ, in honor of Bob's lifelong commitment to faith and service.
