He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. and Mary A. Boutwell; and his sister Katherine Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Christa Cooper Boutwell; his sister Linda Fitzgerald (Billy); and his pet Bella. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
